Street & Acre is led by Matt Welty, a California real estate broker and attorney based in Healdsburg. His work has long centered on real estate, including the purchase and sale of wineries, ranches, and vineyards, often for industry veterans and multi-generational families.

That background shapes how we work: understanding a deal’s structure, risks, and personalities early, and approaching each assignment as a strategic advisor rather than simply a listing agent.
